"GOD DOESN'T LIE"

Whenever I learned about God from people who taught me about Him, I was often told that God can do everything, and there's nothing God can't do.

While I know what they're saying and what they mean, that's actually not entirely true. There is actually something God can't do. He cannot lie. It's literally impossible for God to lie.

That means that if God has spoken something over your life, it WILL happen. And because of that, we can rest in His goodness, His nature and His faithfulness.

"So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us." (Hebrews 6:18 NLT)
